LICC Lunchtime Sessions: 10 Ways to Make the Most of the Everyday Faith Bible

Date

Monday 1 June | 1:00pm

Online Event

The new Everyday Faith Bible is packed with insights and applications for church leaders – so how do we unpack that usefulness?

Since LICC and Bible Society launched the Everyday Faith Bible in January, thousands of people have used it to help them connect Scripture to their daily lives. Those numbers reflect not only the significant rise in Bible sales nationally, but also that people are hungry to discover the Bible’s wisdom for their everyday tasks, relationships, interests, and challenges.

Yet at the same time, a number of surveys indicate a lack of confidence in engaging with the Bible. Many people say they don’t know how to navigate their way around it, let alone how to apply God’s word to their part of God’s world.

The vision behind the Everyday Faith Bible is to bridge that gap: to help more and more people discover fresh truths in the Bible that transform every part of their lives. For those of us who lead in church, we want this for ourselves – and we also have a key role to play in helping others read the Bible through a whole-life lens.

In this one-hour lunchtime webinar, join LICC’s Ken Benjamin and Steve Rouse as they offer 10 ways you can do just that – making the most of the Everyday Faith Bible and helping those you lead to discover Scripture’s implications for all they do and are.

These experienced leaders and teachers will offer specific examples of how you can best use the Everyday Faith Bible’s practical prompts, contextual notes, in-depth features, true stories, and more.

And as if that’s not enough, attendees will also get a special promotional offer when you buy a copy of the Everyday Faith Bible for yourself or a friend.
