You want to lead in a way that glorifies him. Join us to develop the biblical foundations, practical skills and spiritual practices you need to make a difference for Christ at work. You’ll receive expert training with a cohort of your peers, in three 24-hour residentials over six months.

The Senior Leadership Programme is for Christians holding mid-to-senior leadership roles in the workplace – whatever your sector.

You’ll grow deeper relationships in an accountability triplet, meeting between sessions to support each other in living out what you’ve learned.

A typical cohort includes business owners, managers, and directors from a wide range of industries, plus head teachers, senior civil servants, and medical leaders. Our delegates want to grow as disciples in their workplaces. They’re keen to apply biblical principles in their working lives. And they want to become more impactful for Christ, right where he’s placed them.
