Formerly known as Executive Toolbox, these three full-day workshops will inspire, equip, and support you to lead in a Christlike way at work.

Designed for women and men in mid to senior level executive roles, the Senior Leadership Programme is structured around three modules which run over a period of three months.

Led by an experienced training team, the course combines teaching with case studies, prayer, and accountability triplets.

You’ll develop biblical foundations, leadership skills, and spiritual practices addressing three core challenges:

• Leading workplace culture change
• Building strong relationships
• Using power and authority well

A typical cohort includes managers and directors, business owners and leaders, head teachers, and heads of department in public service, among many others.

The Senior Leadership Programme is built around three modules, running from 9am to 5pm on three Saturdays in May, June, and July 2026. You will need to be able to commit to in-person attendance at all three modules.

The Senior Leadership Programme costs £495 for the entire course – this includes lunch and refreshments for the three modules. A deposit is payable upon successful application. Limited bursaries are available upon approval of an application – please enquire if you would like to discuss this.
