We’re living through a moment of remarkable complexity. Church, culture, and work have never felt more layered, more pressured, or more fast-moving. The questions church leaders are carrying have never been more weighty – or more urgent. 

How do we lead with courage and creativity in a world like this? How do we prioritise what truly matters? What does whole-life disciplemaking actually look like right now? And how do we, as church leaders, build the deep spiritual resilience to lead faithfully for the long haul? 

This year we’ll be gathering church leaders to face these questions together with honesty, wisdom, and hope.

What is the Every Day Matters Conference?

Every Day Matters is LICC’s annual gathering for church leaders. Who is a church leader? Anyone involved in shaping the life of their church.  

We believe that a whole-life church forms whole-life disciples. Every Day Matters exists to cultivate a movement where churches understand that they’re sent into the world as God’s community — carrying something of God’s kingdom into the places they scatter to each week. 

We want to help church leaders build a common life together that genuinely envisions and equips every member – so that they know who they are, where they are, and what they do matters to God. We believe that every day matters to God – and that God cares about our everyday matters.
