A dynamic six-month training course for young adults, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Designed to fit alongside busy working life. Weekly sessions are held online with the addition of two in-person retreats.

The course teaches a dynamic mix of concepts and skills that are essential to effective leadership, with a significant focus on character. Our modules are informed by five Cs: Calling, Character, Charismata, Chemistry, and Competence. The training offers a unique fusion of leadership, psychology, and theology.

Our in-house and guest speakers represent a range of sectors and impart their extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise through weekly teaching sessions.

You will discover how to:

  • Multiply leaders
  • Explore the theology of leadership
  • Exercise soft skills and communication
  • Facilitate shared learning experiences
  • Establish cultural transformation
  • Define purpose and calling
  • Explore the psychology of a leader’s personality and character
  • Improve spiritual, relational, and emotional intelligence
  • Lead teams well
  • Define vision and values
