A dynamic six-month training course for young adults, accredited by the Institute of Leadership. Designed to fit alongside busy working life. Weekly sessions are held online with two in-person retreats.

The course teaches a dynamic mix of concepts and skills that are essential to effective leadership, with a significant focus on character. Our modules are informed by five Cs: Calling, Character, Charismata, Chemistry, and Competence. The training offers a unique fusion of leadership, psychology, and theology.

Our in-house and guest speakers represent a range of sectors and impart their extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise through weekly teaching sessions.

Course cost

The cost for all sessions and retreats across six months is £995 per person (£895 for those working in the charity or non-profit sector).
