Designed to help you become the distinctive leader God has called you to be, this six-month course is for those in their 20s and 30s and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership (formerly ILM).

Our in-house and guest speakers represent a range of sectors and impart their extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise through weekly teaching sessions.

You’ll discover how to:

• Explore the theology of leadership
• Exercise soft skills and communication
• Facilitate shared learning experiences
• Establish cultural transformation
• Explore the psychology of a leader’s personality and character
• Improve spiritual, relational, and emotional intelligence
• Lead teams well
• Define vision and values
• Grow and multiply leaders

The course teaches young adults a dynamic mix of concepts and skills that are essential to effective leadership, with a significant focus on character. Our modules are informed by five Cs: Calling, Character, Charismata, Chemistry, and Competence. The training offers a unique fusion of leadership, psychology, and theology.

Course cost

The cost for all sessions and retreats across six months is £995 per person (£895 for those working in the charity or non-profit sector). Paying by instalments is now possible.
