Understanding the importance of raising up distinctively Christian leaders around the world, the course delivers an intensive three days of focused training to equip and develop leaders who will impact society through their sphere and context. Designed for a global audience, all teaching is informed by our five Cs: Calling, Character, Charismata, Chemistry, and Competence.

The course offers the opportunity to hear from and connect with our in-house and guest speakers who represent a range of spheres and have extensive leadership knowledge, experience, and expertise.
