• Make good work: working at whatever we do, in word or deed, in the name of the Lord Jesus
• Minister grace and love: going the extra mile for others as we serve and bless them
• Mould culture: finding ways to make our frontlines more like Jesus would want them to be
• Mouthpiece for truth and justice: telling the truth and speaking up for ‘right living’ and ‘fair dealing’ in God’s name
• Messenger of the gospel: sharing the hope we have in Jesus
