In a nutshell

While every chapter in this book considers different vital signs
of healthy whole-life discipleship in the church, we as leaders are
supposed to be a living vital sign for others. To help others see their
lives through a whole-life lens, we need to show that we clearly believe
in whole-life discipleship ourselves, seeking to live in a way that
practises what we preach.
