It’s an exciting time to join LICC! We’re scaling up our impact and seeking to engage a million Christians with the transformative vision of whole-life discipleship. This role is crucial to achieving that goal – equipping people across the UK and beyond to live as disciples of Jesus wherever they are, whatever they do.
What are we looking for?
You’ll be a strategic, analytic thinker with exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, a strong track record in fundraising, and a passion for the whole-life discipleship cause. You’ll be collaborative, an adept project manager, prayerful, proficient in data analysis, and have outstanding written and verbal communication that appeals to diverse audiences.
What does the role involve?
The Director of Fundraising will lead the development and execution of ambitious fundraising campaigns, helping us secure the resources needed to deliver on our vision, mission, and strategic goals. They’ll also drive the acquisition and stewardship of major donors, trusts, foundations, and legacies.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, the postholder will also ensure our fundraising works excellently, by managing and growing an effective caseload system for key relationships, upholding a robust reporting system, and monitoring budgets with the wider LICC team.
This role reports to the CEO: the postholder will sit on the Strategic Leadership Team, helping to shape and deliver our organisational strategy, and will line manage the Supporter Communications Manager.
