What does a frontline-friendly church look like? What are the key hallmarks?
Over the last 18 months, LICC has intensively investigated this question. Our findings include in-depth research from churches who’ve been discipling people for the whole of life for many years – and we’ve discovered that frontline-friendly churches have much in common, whatever their denomination or tradition.
In this webinar we’ll share the fruit of that research to help you and your church apply the findings in your own context.
We’ll uncover implications and applications for church leaders, looking at our teaching and preaching, our services and programmes, the ways we gather, our small groups, and much more. We’ll also think about the stories we tell, the questions we ask each other, and the way we juggle competing demands on our time.
Our aim is to do more than just reveal data. If we can name something, we can aim for it. If we can name the vital ingredients for creating a frontline-friendly church, we can aim to include those ingredients in our churches. And we can spot any that are missing.
This event will include a chance to discuss the findings with others in breakout groups. Through conversation, interviews, and research presentations, it will inspire and equip you to grow a frontline-friendly culture in your church – and release people to join God at work right where they are.
