Whether you’re line managing others, learning to use your voice, responsible for projects, or just want to grow in influence, LICC’s flagship course for working young adults offers the tools and support you need to lead with excellence, integrity, and a Christ-centred vision – overcoming your imposter syndrome along the way.

Take the Lead is a unique leadership course that equips you to integrate Biblical insight with your role, empowering you to seek the kingdom through your work and in your workplace. Over three immersive, 24-hour, residential modules at the serene Waverley Abbey, you’ll engage in classroom learning, reflective practice, and Biblical reflection, all guided by experienced leaders and mentors. 

And the growth doesn’t stop with the time together. In two personalised one-to-one coaching sessions, you’ll focus on your individual leadership journey, identifying areas for growth and developing practical strategies to grow and adapt. Plus, you’ll join four small group sessions led by an experienced Christian workplace leader, where you can explore real-world applications of what you’ve learnt, and receive support from peers who share your vision.   

Put it all together and you’ve got a powerful learning journey that’ll change the way you lead.

Course costs

Early bird spots cost £490, available until 31 December 2024. Full-price spots from 1 January cost £590. The fee includes full board at Waverley Abbey and two one-to-one coaching sessions focusing the application on your unique leadership journey.

You can pay in full when you sign up or opt to spread the cost through installments.
